SD SEED's mission is to ensure that the construction industry in San Diego County has a highly-trained and professionalized workforce that supports projects which have positive impacts for our community.

SD SEED champions the creation of good jobs with healthcare, training, and a secure retirement for San Diego's working families while also protecting against any potentially negative impacts to our local environment. SD SEED has the active support of the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Iron Worker trades.
